To get the best cooling, please check the following before registering your service request:

• Switch on to cooling Mode.
• Ensure sufficient water in the tank.
• Keep windows or doors open for cross ventilation.
• We recommend replacing the pads every year by registering a request either on 07930130111 or visiting www.symphonylimited.com/customercare.
  Cooling pads are not covered under warranty.
